Enrollment and Registration

Who can take your classes?

Anyone! We have worked hard to create a variety of beginning and intermediate level classes. Karen’s tips and tricks help make learning to sew a fun and engaging process. Whether you have been quilting for years or are just getting started, you will be sure to find a class that suits your needs.

What makes your classes so special?

Our classes are fun and informative, and we are confident that you will enjoy them. Each class comes with its own set of videos, notes, and visuals, including printable notes and visual cues for trickier quilting steps. Our customer service is timely and efficient.

How do I enroll and register?

Simply find the class you want and checkout online.

I have registered. What happens next?

You will receive an e-mail from Thinkific, the website we use for our classes. The e-mail will come from Your username is your e-mail. You must create your own password. The welcome letter contains instructions on how to do this, as well as a link to the class. We recommend saving the link so you can easily get to it every time. If you do not see an e-mail in your inbox after purchasing the class, be sure to check your spam folder, promotions tab, and other junk mail locations.



The Online Learning Experience – How It Works

How long do I have access to these materials?

The videos and downloads will be on Thinkific forever! Many of our students like to print or save all of the PDF documents in a folder so it is easier to use while quilting.

Do I have to have a printer?

No, all of our materials can be accessed electronically. While many students like to print out the PDF notes and visual cues, it is not necessary to do so.

How do I order supplies?

You can order supplies from our website. Each class has its own drop-down supply list under "CLASSES." Just look for your specific class and add what you need to the cart. You can always give us a call if you need assistance.  Currently, fabric can be ordered on the phone with the discount, but not on the website. Our staff is happy to help coordinate fabrics for you.

Can you reset my password for me?

No, we are so sorry. Only Thinkific can do that. Please follow their directions to reset your password.

Will you have new classes soon?

We are always looking for new ideas. If there is a class you’d like us to cover, please let us know!

Are there any live classes?

We occasionally host special Zoom get togethers. You will receive an e-mail ahead of time, and a reminder e-mail that day. No need to RSVP. 

What if I have a question about the class or I’m confused about something?

We are happy to answer any of the questions you have pertaining to that class. We have a special e-mail account just for our students so we can respond promptly to any issues that arise. If you have questions about the intermediate classes, we may refer you to the Beginning Patchwork and Quilting course, which lays the groundwork for all the other quilting classes.

Ordering and Shipping  

What is your shipping policy?

We ship within the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail. If your purchases is over $99 we ship for free. Packages are sent within 24-48 hours from time of purchase. You will receive a tracking number for your purchase.

Can I pick up an order at the store?

Yes, we are happy to get your order ready to bring to the door. When you order, there is an option for store pick up. It is also helpful to send an e-mail to alerting us to when you plan to stop by.
